Indoor Wave 2 Access Point

The Ruckus ZoneFlex R710 is an indoor wireless access point built for the 802.11ac Wave 2 standard. It delivers fast data transfer rates and reliable connectivity for demanding environments. The dual-band radio handles concurrent client traffic efficiently. This unit suits businesses needing robust indoor Wi-Fi coverage.

Sustained High-Density Performance

BeamFlex adaptive antenna technology mitigates interference and optimises signal paths continuously. The internal antenna array maintains consistent throughput even when many devices connect simultaneously. Wave 2 capabilities such as MU-MIMO allow parallel data streams to multiple users. Performance remains stable during extended periods of heavy network load.

White Ceiling-Mount Design

The white housing blends into standard office ceilings for unobtrusive deployment. Internal antennas eliminate external protrusions that can snag or misalign over time. PoE power input simplifies cabling by removing the need for local AC outlets. Mounting hardware supports standard drop-ceiling rails for quick installation.

Questions about this item

How much heat does the 901-R710-US00 generate when running all day?

The Ruckus Zoneflex R710 is designed for continuous indoor operation with internal antennas and 802.11ac Wave 2 efficiency, producing minimal heat under normal load.

What network infrastructure must I already have to deploy the 901-R710-US00?

You need a wired Ethernet backbone with PoE+ or a separate power injector, plus a compatible Ruckus controller or Unleashed firmware to manage the access point.

Will the 901-R710-US00 work alongside my older 802.11n access points?

Yes, the dual-band 802.11ac Wave 2 radio supports legacy clients and can coexist with 802.11n gear on the same SSID when managed by a common controller.
