The Ruckus T350c is an outdoor-rated wireless access point built for high-density public venues such as airports, plazas and smart-city deployments. It supports up to 512 concurrent clients and delivers a maximum PHY rate of 1.8 Gbps using Wi-Fi 6 2x2 MU-MIMO. An IP-67 enclosure and BeamFlex+ adaptive antenna technology provide reliable coverage in challenging weather and RF conditions.

Entry-level upgrade path

This model replaces legacy 802.11n or 802.11ac outdoor units when venues need higher capacity and modern security without the cost of premium directional arrays. The jump is worthwhile when client counts exceed what older 2x2 AC radios can sustain and when WPA3 or OWE authentication is required. It is not suited for installations that need multi-gigabit backhaul or sectorised directional coverage.

Capacity and headroom

The 2x2 radio handles up to 31 SSIDs and 512 associated devices across 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands including U-NII-1 through U-NII-3 channels. PoE+ Class 4 supplies up to 13.24 W, while a 12 V DC terminal block offers an alternative power path. A single 1 GbE uplink and USB 2.0 port limit aggregate throughput and IoT gateway expansion in very large deployments.
