Connects a DVI-I 24+5 source to a VGA 15-pin display with a 90° right-angle plug
This adapter connects a DVI-I 24+5 male source to a 15-pin VGA female display. It suits builders linking legacy monitors or projectors to graphics cards that still carry analogue DVI-I outputs. The right-angle design eases routing in tight chassis or behind desk-mounted screens.
The 24+5 male plug carries the full DVI-I pin set, but only the analogue pins pass through to the VGA socket. Digital-only DVI-D sources will not work, and resolutions above the VGA link capability are not supported. It handles standard analogue video signals without active conversion.
Nickel-plated contacts resist oxidation for reliable contact over repeated mating cycles. The 90-degree right-angle hood reduces cable strain and keeps the connector close to the bracket or panel. One piece is supplied, ready for internal or external use.

The 90° right-angle design keeps the DVI-I 24+5 male plug close to the chassis, reducing the depth needed behind the motherboard or graphics card bracket.
Attach a VGA cable to the 15-pin female socket, power on the system, and verify the display detects a signal at the native resolution of the monitor.
The box contains one DVI-I 24+5 male to VGA 15-pin female 90° right-angle adapter; a separate VGA cable is required to reach the monitor.
