Questions about this item

Will the stainless-steel and iron threads on the LS096 strip or corrode after repeated mounting?

The LS096 uses stainless steel and iron with a silver finish; the materials resist corrosion and thread wear under normal camera accessory use.

At what torque does the 4.5 mm shaft on the LS096 risk bending during sustained tightening?

The 4.5 mm shaft length includes the thread; it is designed for standard 1/4-inch quick-release plates and handles typical hand-tightening forces without permanent deformation.

How much heat does the 9.7 g LS096 generate when left clamped under a camera rig all day?

The LS096 is a passive metal adapter with no electrical components, so it produces no measurable heat during continuous operation.
