A 50 ft white Cat 6 UTP patch cable with RJ45 connectors rated for 550 MHz and gigabit speeds
This 50-foot Category 6 patch cable terminates in RJ45 connectors at both ends. The white PVC jacket encloses four unshielded twisted pairs of 24 AWG conductors built to the TIA/EIA 568B.2 standard. It is suited to wired network links in homes, offices or server racks where a fixed white cable is preferred.
The length and colour suit routing along skirting boards, through trunking or across suspended ceilings where a white cable blends with light surfaces. Buyers who require shielded construction, outdoor-rated jackets, plenum ratings or a different length should select another product. The unshielded twisted-pair design also means it is not intended for high-EMI industrial environments.
The cable is specified as Category 6 Enhanced with a 550 MHz bandwidth rating under TIA/EIA 568B.2. That figure is the single parameter that confirms whether the link will meet the performance class your installation demands.

The cable is passive UTP with 24 AWG conductors and carries data only; it produces no measurable heat and draws no power beyond the negligible signal current.
Both ends need an RJ45 jack — typical examples are a router, switch, PC, NAS, game console or IP camera that supports 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet.
Yes; the TIA/EIA 568B.2 Cat 6 link is fully backward compatible and will negotiate 10 or 100 Mbps on legacy ports without any configuration.
