4K PoE Dome Camera for Home and Business

The SANNCE 4K PoE IP dome camera delivers 8MP resolution at 3840×2160 with a 2.8mm lens and a 105° viewing angle. It is designed for users who want a single add-on camera that pans 350° and tilts 90° to cover wide areas. Human and vehicle detection with automatic tracking works when paired with compatible NVR models. The built-in microphone and speaker enable two-way voice intercom for communication with visitors.

Plastic Housing with IP66 Weatherproofing

The camera uses a plastic housing rated IP66 for waterproof outdoor use across temperatures from -20 °C to 60 °C. It supports both wall mount and ceiling mount installation options. A single RJ45 Ethernet port provides PoE 802.3af power and data connectivity, with an alternative DC12V input. Video is stored locally on a micro SD card up to 256GB, and the device supports Onvif for broader system integration.

Low-Light Performance

Eight infrared LEDs provide night vision up to 20 metres, while full-colour night vision reaches 10 metres. The IR-cut filter switches automatically between day and night modes for clear imaging. H.264+ video compression keeps bitrates between 32Kbps and 2Mbps, reducing bandwidth and storage demands. PoE power delivery simplifies cabling and keeps operational power draw low during continuous 24/7 recording.

Questions about this item

Does the RJ45 PoE 802.3af port limit the 8MP H.265 stream to 2 Mbps in practice?

Yes, the video bitrate is capped at 2 Mbps so the 3840×2160 feed stays within that ceiling on the PoE link.

What clearance does the 135×100×133 mm dome need for wall or ceiling mounting?

Allow at least 135 mm depth, 100 mm width and 133 mm height plus cable bend radius for the RJ45 and optional DC12V jack.

How do I enable human and vehicle tracking on this camera, and what step is often missed?

Pair it with an N98PBD or N96PBK NVR; the tracking features only activate after that NVR link is configured.
