A 39-inch low-profile SATA cable with a right-angle to straight connector layout, rated for 6.0 Gbps data transfer and shielded against EMI/RFI
The SATACables LP30SR991 is a 39 inch internal SATA cable with a straight connector on one end and a right-angle connector on the other. It links a motherboard or controller to Serial ATA hard drives, optical drives or other SATA devices inside a PC, notebook or server chassis.
Shielded construction and a flexible rubber sleeve protect the signal from EMI and RFI while the cable is routed through tight spaces. The point-to-point dedicated bus topology maintains consistent throughput during sustained transfers at 1.5, 3.0 or 6.0 Gbps without the crosstalk seen in ribbon-style alternatives.
Rated for SATA revision 3.0 at 6.0 Gbps, the cable is backwards compatible with 1.5 Gbps and 3.0 Gbps devices. If your drive or controller only supports the 1.5 Gbps generation, this part will still work, but a 6 Gbps-rated link is required to reach the highest throughput.

The 39 inch cable uses a low-profile right-angle connector and a flexible rubber sleeve to reduce bulk, which increases airflow inside the case for better cooling during all-day operation.
The cable requires a standard Serial ATA host port on the motherboard or controller; it connects point-to-point between that host and a SATA device such as a hard drive or optical drive.
Yes, the cable is backwards compatible with SATA 1.5 Gbps devices and will operate at the drive's native 150 Mbps transfer rate.
