Tape for Bulk Sealing Tasks

This flatback tape comes in a pack of twelve rolls, each sixty yards long. It is suited to offices, warehouses and shipping stations that need a reliable closure for cartons and packages. The 6.5 mil thickness provides a sturdy barrier for everyday sealing work. Buyers who need coloured or printed tape for identification will have to look elsewhere.

Capacity and Headroom

Twelve rolls give a generous supply for high-volume periods without frequent reordering. Each roll delivers sixty yards of continuous length, covering many standard boxes before a change is needed. The 6.5 mil construction handles typical packing loads but is not rated for extreme tension or heavy-duty strapping. Users requiring reinforced or filament tape for pallet loads will find this insufficient.

Thermals and Power Profile

As a passive adhesive product, the tape generates no heat and draws no power during use. Application is silent and requires no equipment beyond a hand dispenser. Storage at normal room conditions preserves adhesive performance over time. There are no thermal or electrical constraints to consider in any environment.

Questions about this item

Will the 1 1/2-inch width of this 2517 flatback tape fit the dispenser I already use for standard masking rolls?

The roll measures 1 1/2 inches wide, matching many common desktop dispensers; verify your dispenser’s core size and maximum roll diameter before loading.

How can I confirm the 6.5 mil thickness is performing as expected once I start a sealing job?

Press the tape firmly onto a clean carton; it should conform without stretching and hold a sharp crease when folded, indicating the 6.5 mil backing is intact.

Does the PK12 pack contain twelve individual 60-yard rolls ready to use, or do I need separate cores or blades?

The package includes twelve rolls, each 60 yards long on its own core; no extra cores or cutting tools are supplied.
