Super-Hold Tape for Demanding Surfaces

Scotch 3196-EF Super-Hold Tape delivers 50 percent more adhesive than standard Scotch ¾ single-sided tapes, creating a secure bond on plastic, metal and cardboard. The transparent, moisture-resistant formula preserves labels and projects in home, office or classroom settings. Three dispensered rolls provide 300 inches each for extended use.

Best for Heavy-Duty Sealing and Labeling

This tape suits users who need a strong, immediate hold on tough surfaces and the ability to write on the tape with permanent markers. The reusable dispenser works with Scotch refills for ongoing supply. It is not for buyers who want a double-sided adhesive for invisible mounting or a wall-safe formula that removes cleanly from painted surfaces without residue.

50 Percent More Adhesive Than Standard Tape

The defining specification is the 50 percent increase in adhesive compared to standard Scotch ¾ single-sided tapes, which determines holding power on challenging materials like plastic and metal. Each roll measures 300 inches and the pack contains three dispensered units. Verify that your application requires this aggressive bond rather than a removable or double-sided alternative.
