Clear Heavy-Duty Sealing Tape

This Scotch 375 packaging tape is a clear, polypropylene film coated with a hot-melt resin adhesive. It is designed for hand application in general carton sealing tasks. The 72 mm by 50 m roll provides a practical length for regular packing workflows.

Temperature and Adhesion Limits

The tape carries a heavy-duty strength rating with a tensile strength of 35 lb/in and a thickness of 3.1 mil. Reliable adhesion is specified between 40 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Outside this range the bond may not perform as rated, so cold-storage or high-heat environments need a different product.

Capacity and Shelf Life

One roll delivers 55 yards of continuous sealing length, suited to medium-volume despatch operations. The manufacturer states an 18-month shelf life when stored correctly. Users needing wider tapes, machine-applied formats, or archival-grade clarity will need an alternative specification.
