Invisible mending tape for everyday tasks

This pack contains 12 rolls of Scotch Magic Tape designed to mend rips and tears securely and permanently. The matte finish blends in with paper so repairs stay virtually invisible. Each roll measures .75 in wide by 1000 in long on a 1-in core. It suits home, school and office jobs such as mounting, labelling and fixing textbooks or craft projects.

Refill rolls cut cleanly from standard dispensers

The tape glides smoothly off compatible Scotch dispensers, which are sold separately, and cuts easily at the blade. Trusted 3M adhesive technology gives a strong, permanent seal without yellowing over time. Because the tape is photo-safe, it will not damage pictures or documents when applied. You can also write on the surface with pen, pencil or marker for quick labelling.

Consistent adhesion across all twelve rolls

Every roll in the 810K12 pack delivers the same reliable bond from start to finish, so long mending jobs do not suffer from weak spots near the end. The matte, invisible finish remains stable during extended use on paper, envelopes or lightweight card. Buyers who need heavy-duty carton sealing or double-sided mounting should choose a different tape type.

Questions about this item

How do I load these refill rolls into a dispenser without the tape sticking to itself?

Each roll has a 1-in. core that fits standard Scotch dispensers; pull the tape slowly and keep it flat against the roller so the matte surface does not fold back on itself.

Will the adhesive dry out or yellow on documents after a few years?

The 3M adhesive is formulated to stay clear and flexible; it remains photo-safe and writeable with pen, pencil or marker over long-term storage.

At what point does the .75 in. width become a limitation for larger repairs?

The .75 in. width covers standard letter tears and envelope flaps; wider tears need overlapping strips or a broader tape.
