Clear Double-Sided Mounting Strips

These Scotch Mount strips provide a virtually invisible way to secure items up to 6 pounds. They are designed for anyone needing a permanent bond without using nails, screws or a hammer. The clear acrylic foam construction keeps the focus on your décor rather than the adhesive itself. Ideal for mounting glass, tile, acrylic organizers or picture frames.

Closed-Cell Acrylic Foam Build

The strips use a closed-cell acrylic foam carrier coated with a modified acrylic adhesive on both sides. A polyethylene film liner protects the adhesive until you are ready to apply the strip. This construction delivers immediate grab and a strong, permanent hold on contact. The foam body conforms to surface irregularities for reliable adhesion on smooth materials like glass and tile.

Permanent Hold With No Tools

In normal use the adhesive bond supports up to 6 pounds without mechanical fasteners. There are no thermal, noise or power characteristics because the product is a passive mounting strip. The modified acrylic adhesive maintains its grip across typical indoor temperature ranges. Once applied, the bond is intended to be permanent and requires no ongoing maintenance.
