Indoor Climate Monitor

The SECRUI TH1-BL is a digital hygrometer and thermometer designed for indoor use. It suits homeowners, greenhouse keepers and anyone who wants to track room conditions at a glance. The unit displays current temperature and humidity plus an air-comfort indicator that flags dry, comfort or wet levels. It is not for users who need data logging, wireless connectivity or alerts sent to a phone.

Measurement Range and Accuracy

The sensor covers -20 degrees_celsius to 70 degrees_celsius with a stated accuracy of ±2~3%RH and ±1-degrees F. Readings refresh every 10 seconds so rapid changes in a greenhouse or kitchen are captured quickly. The display also stores the highest and lowest values recorded since the last reset. It will not satisfy applications that require laboratory-grade precision or a wider temperature span.

Mounting and Power Constraints

Three mounting options are built in: a keyhole slot for a wall nail, a rear magnet for metal surfaces and a fold-out stand for flat placement. Power comes from an alkaline cell; battery life is not quantified in the specifications. The device operates and stores within the same -20 to 70 degrees_celsius window. It is not suited for outdoor exposure, wet environments or installations where battery replacement is difficult.

Questions about this item

Will the SECRUI TH1-BL sit next to my older thermostat without needing a wire between them?

Yes, the SECRUI TH1-BL is a standalone wireless unit that can be placed on a shelf, mounted on a wall with a single nail, or attached to a fridge using its built-in magnet, so it works independently of any existing thermostat.

How do I confirm the SECRUI TH1-BL is reading correctly after I put the battery in?

The LCD refreshes every 10 seconds and shows the current temperature and humidity plus the recorded maximum and minimum values; watch a few refresh cycles and check that the air-comfort indicator displays dry, comfort or wet to verify normal operation.

What comes in the box with the SECRUI TH1-BL and what must I buy separately?

The package contains the SECRUI TH1-BL hygrometer thermometer and an instruction manual; you will need to supply your own alkaline battery to power the device.
