Securitytek V-5 Wireless Video Doorbell 720p

The Securitytek V-5 is a wireless video doorbell that captures 720p video at 15 frames per second through a 140-degree wide-angle lens. It connects via Wi-Fi to a mobile app for live viewing and two-way voice intercom from anywhere. The unit includes passive infrared motion detection with adjustable sensitivity up to 3.5 metres and automatic night vision switching. It operates in temperatures from -10 to 50 degrees Celsius with an IP5 dust and water resistance rating.

Buyers wanting wired power

This doorbell suits renters or homeowners who need a quick, wire-free installation using the supplied 3M sticker or screws and a QR-code Wi-Fi setup that takes about a minute. It supports microSD cards up to 32 gigabytes for local recording and runs on three rechargeable batteries charged via DC 5V-1A. Buyers who require continuous wired power, onboard storage beyond 32 gigabytes, or video resolution above 720p will not be served by this model.

140-degree wide-angle 720p CMOS sensor

The single specification that decides fit is the 720p GC1054 CMOS sensor paired with a 140-degree field of view. This combination fixes the maximum video detail at 720p resolution and 15 frames per second while determining how much of the porch area is captured. If the installation demands sharper facial recognition or a narrower, longer viewing corridor, a different sensor and lens specification would be required.
