8-Pocket Expanding File Folder

This pink expanding file folder offers eight separate pockets to sort letters, receipts and notes in one compact unit. The snap-tab closure keeps contents secure while allowing quick access and airflow. It fits both letter-size and A4 sheets without bending. Students, office workers and home organisers will find it a straightforward way to manage daily paperwork.

Thermals, Noise and Power Draw

As a passive plastic organiser the folder generates no heat, produces no sound and draws no power during normal use. The waterproof PP material resists tears and spills while remaining lightweight for transport. No active cooling or electrical connection is required, so there are no thermal or acoustic considerations.

Bundled Accessories and Software

Sixteen sticky index tabs are included to label each pocket by category or date. The tabs turn the eight compartments into a ready-to-use filing system without extra purchases. No software, drivers or digital tools accompany the product. Buyers who need more than eight pockets or a different closure style will need a separate organiser.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the 16 sticky index tabs on the 8-pocket folder?

Peel each tab from the sheet and stick one onto the front of every pocket; use the extras for sub-categories or date markers inside the same pocket.

What part of the pink PP folder will wear out first with daily use?

The snap-tab catch is the only moving component; repeated opening can fatigue the plastic hinge before the pockets or cover show damage.

When does the 200-sheet limit become a problem during a busy term?

Once you exceed roughly 200 sheets the accordion gusset cannot expand further, the snap may not close, and documents start to curl at the edges.
