7-Pocket Accordion Organiser

The SKYDUE expanding file folder provides seven pockets for sorting contracts, reports and bills by category or date. Its A4 and US Letter compatibility keeps standard pages flat without folding. The solid black polypropylene finish gives a clean, professional look suited to office, business or home environments. Inner tabs keep labels hidden for a tidy appearance.

Polypropylene Construction & Portability

Made from water-resistant and tear-resistant PP plastic, the folder protects documents from spills and daily wear. At 12.8" x 9.5" x 0.6" it remains slim enough to slide into a bag or drawer while still accommodating full-size sheets. The lightweight material adds minimal bulk when carried between meetings or stored on a shelf. No moving parts mean silent operation in any setting.

Sustained Daily Use Behaviour

The expandable pockets maintain their shape when filled to capacity, preventing documents from slipping out during transport. Polypropylene resists creasing and cracking even after repeated opening and closing cycles. The inner-tab labelling system stays legible and secure over long periods without adhesive failure. Designed for continuous office workloads rather than occasional light filing.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the inner tabs on the 7-pocket accordion folder so the labels stay hidden?

Insert each tab into the slot on the inside of its pocket flap; the tab sits flush against the pocket wall, keeping the label concealed while still letting you flip to the right section.

What upkeep does the polypropylene folder need to stay water-resistant and tear-resistant?

Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap if it gets dirty; avoid harsh solvents and do not overload pockets beyond the 0.6 inch expansion, which can stress the seams.

At what point does the 0.6 inch expansion limit stop me from adding more A4 or letter pages?

When the folder reaches its full 0.6 inch thickness the gusset is fully extended and additional sheets will not fit without bending or damaging the cover.
