Two-Pack HDMI Female Coupler

This two-pack provides two HDMI female-to-female couplers for joining two standard HDMI male cables into a single longer run. The adapters suit home-theatre, gaming and office setups where an existing cable falls short or a streaming stick needs repositioning for better wireless reception.

HDMI 2.1 Pass-Through Limits

The couplers comply with the HDMI 2.1 standard and pass 8K 60 Hz, 4K 120 Hz, HDR10 and HDCP 2.2 signals. Total combined cable length must not exceed 3 m (10 feet) to maintain 8K 60 Hz or 4K 120 Hz performance. Gold-plated contacts resist corrosion and support 18 Gbps bandwidth, ARC and 7.1-channel audio.

Deciding Specification

The critical figure is the 3 m maximum total cable length for 8K 60 Hz or 4K 120 Hz operation. Installations needing longer runs at those resolutions will not meet the stated performance target.
