Filing solution for high-volume offices

The Smead 10331CT folders arrive in a 500-count carton sized for letter documents. Each folder measures 9.50" by 11.63" and holds standard 8.50" by 11.00" sheets. The 11 pt stock provides single-ply durability for everyday filing tasks. Left-position tabs use a one-third cut for clear label visibility.

Expansion capacity determines fit

Each folder expands 0.75" to accommodate growing document sets. The single-ply 11 pt construction limits bulk capacity compared to heavier grades. Buyers needing larger expansion or reinforced edges should consider other specifications. The one-third left tab layout suits alphabetic or numeric indexing systems.

Lightweight paper construction

The 11 pt manila stock adds minimal weight to drawer loads. Single-ply walls flex without cracking during frequent access. No moving parts or coatings produce noise during handling. The material requires no special power or environmental controls for storage.

Questions about this item

What does the 11 pt thickness mean for daily filing?

The 11 pt stock gives a sturdy single-ply folder that resists tearing while staying thin enough for high-density drawer storage.

How does the 1/3-cut left tab work with standard letter-size suspension rails?

The left-positioned tab aligns with the first of three equal tab positions on letter-size rails, letting you stagger labels across multiple folders.

What drawer depth is needed for the 9.50" x 11.63" folder dimensions?

A drawer with at least 11.63" of usable front-to-back clearance will accommodate the folder length.
