Waterproof Poly File Folders

Smead 10501 folders are made from heavy-duty polypropylene that resists tearing and water damage. The red letter-size folders ship in a 24-count box for office filing systems. They suit administrators who need durable daily storage for active documents.

3/4-Inch Expansion Capacity

Each folder expands up to 3/4 inch to hold substantial paper stacks without splitting. The 1/3-cut top tabs in assorted positions keep labels visible across a full drawer. Capacity runs out when bulky binders or hanging-file rails are required instead.

24-Pack Color-Coding Ready

The box delivers two dozen identical red folders so teams can assign a single colour to one project or department. Uniform tabs simplify drawer organisation without mixed-position confusion. Buyers needing multiple colours must purchase separate boxes.

Questions about this item

Will these red polypropylene folders fit inside my existing letter-size filing cabinet without jamming?

Yes, they are letter-size folders with a 3/4-inch expansion and a 1/3-cut top tab that matches standard cabinet rails.

How can I confirm the water-resistant coating is intact when the box arrives?

Check each folder for a uniform, glossy poly surface and run a fingertip over the seams — no pinholes or delamination means the barrier is intact.

Does the 24-count box include any tab inserts, labels or fasteners, or are those sold separately?

The box contains only the 24 red expanding folders with assorted-position tabs; inserts, labels and fasteners must be purchased separately.
