Waterproof poly file folders

Smead 10503 folders are made from heavy-duty polypropylene that resists tearing and water damage. The material is acid-free and PVC-free to protect documents over time. Each box contains 24 letter-size folders in blue.

High-volume filing systems

These folders suit offices that need durable, colour-coded storage for frequent handling. They are not intended for buyers who require expandable gussets or reinforced fasteners for bulky files.

1/3-cut top tab layout

The tabs are staggered across three positions so labels remain visible when folders sit side by side. This single layout determines whether the folders match your existing cabinet or guide system.

Questions about this item

Does the box contain only the 24 folders or are tabs and inserts included?

The box contains 24 heavy-duty polypropylene folders with 1/3 cut top tabs already in assorted positions; no separate tabs or inserts are needed.

Should I choose the blue 24-count box or look for a different colour or quantity?

This listing is the blue 24-count box; other colours or pack sizes would be separate SKUs not covered here.

How does the 11-inch letter size affect capacity in a standard drawer?

Each folder measures 11 inches wide for letter-size documents and fits standard letter drawers; the tear- and water-resistant polypropylene adds bulk resistance without changing the footprint.
