Letter-size filing folders

These letter-size folders are sold in a box of 100 and use 11-pt stock for everyday document storage. The 1/3-cut reinforced top tabs add durability for frequent handling. Lavender colour coding helps organise files by category or project. Model 12434 is designed for standard office filing systems.

Suits high-volume colour-coded filing

Offices that need large quantities of colour-sorted folders for quick visual retrieval will find the 100-count box practical. Buyers who want more storage per folder or expandable pockets should look at something else. Those requiring legal-size formats or heavier board weights will need a different product.

11-pt stock weight

The 11-pt stock determines folder rigidity and how many sheets it can hold without tearing. Reinforced two-ply tabs resist bending when tabs are flipped during searches. This specification decides whether the folder meets your durability expectations.

Questions about this item

How often will the reinforced top tabs need replacing with daily filing?

The two-ply reinforced tabs are designed for extra strength to reduce replacement frequency, and the 11-pt stock resists tearing under regular handling.

What wears out first when the box of 100 folders is used continuously in a high-volume office?

The 11-pt stock edges may fray before the reinforced top tabs fail, especially with frequent insertion and removal from packed drawers.

Do the lavender folders generate dust or static that affects air quality during all-day use?

The 11-pt paper stock produces minimal paper dust, and the smooth finish reduces static buildup during continuous handling.
