Classification folder for letter documents

The Smead 14098 is a pressboard classification folder built for letter-size sheets measuring 8 1/2 by 11 inches. It suits offices that need to separate projects or clients inside a single cover with multiple fasteners and dividers. Each box contains ten yellow folders made from recycled material. The 25-point stock gives a rigid feel for frequent handling.

Three-inch expansion with eight sections

Two SafeSHIELD fasteners hold the dividers in place and provide a two-inch fastener capacity per folder. Three dividers create eight distinct sections for detailed categorisation. The 2/5 cut tabs sit right of centre so labels remain visible when folders sit side by side in a drawer. This layout fits standard letter filing systems without modification.

Durable pressboard resists daily wear

The 25-point pressboard construction withstands repeated opening and closing in active filing environments. Recycled content meets environmental purchasing guidelines while keeping the folder stiff enough to stand upright. Yellow colour allows quick visual sorting among other folders. No moving parts means silent operation and no power requirements.
