Three-inch expansion fastener folder

The Smead 14944 is a letter-size pressboard folder with a three-inch expansion capacity and two fasteners. Each fastener holds up to two inches of material. The folder uses 60 percent recycled content and comes in a gray-green colour. It is sold in a box of twenty-five units.

Check fastener and tab requirements

Verify that your filing system uses 1/3 cut top tabs and that the two-inch fastener capacity matches your document volume. The assorted tab positions mean the tab location varies across the box. Ensure the pressboard construction suits your handling frequency and storage environment.

Fits standard letter filing equipment

The folder fits letter-size drawers and shelves measuring eight and a half by eleven inches. The expansion design frees vertical space by allowing thick files to stay in a single folder. The two fasteners secure punched sheets without extra binders or clips.
