Red pocket out guides for visible file tracking

These guides mark where files have been removed so the gap is obvious at a glance. They are sold as a box of 50 and use a 1/5 center tab cut that aligns with standard letter-size filing systems. The red colour provides high contrast against typical folder tabs.

Polypropylene construction with dual pockets

Each guide is made from acid-free, PVC-free and archival-quality polypropylene for long-term document safety. A clear letter-size pocket holds the active document while a 3 x 5 pocket accommodates charge-out cards sold separately. The pre-printed OUT tab is centred on the top edge for quick visual reference.

Supplied as a 50-unit box ready for immediate use

No assembly or additional hardware is required; the guides insert directly into existing letter-size file drawers. The box quantity supports office-wide rollout or replenishment of current stock. Charge-out cards must be purchased separately to use the smaller pocket.
