Alphabetical File Guides for Legal Folders

This Smead set contains twenty-five top-tab guides printed with A-to-Z divisions for alphabetical indexing. The 1/5 cut tabs create clear signposts that help users locate folders quickly in legal-size filing systems. Green pressboard construction resists wear from frequent handling in busy offices. Model 52376 is sold as a single set of twenty-five pieces.

Suits Offices Needing Durable Alphabetical Sorting

These guides work well for administrators who file legal documents daily and want sturdy tabs that withstand constant use. They are not suited for letter-size cabinets or for colour-coded numeric systems that require different tab positions. Buyers who need more than twenty-five guides per drawer or prefer plastic tabs should consider other options.

Simple Drop-In Installation With Minimal Issues

Guides slide into existing top-tab legal folders without tools or adhesive, so setup takes seconds per drawer. The pressboard edges can catch on worn folder rails if the cabinet hardware is bent, causing occasional misalignment. Ensuring folder rails are straight before inserting the guides prevents most feeding problems.
