Hanging file folders for letter-size documents

This pack contains 25 standard hanging folders built from 11 pt. stock. The folders keep letter-size papers upright and prevent slumping inside file drawers. Assorted colours allow quick visual coding of different categories. They are suited for offices, schools or home filing systems that need durable vertical storage.

Suited for colour-coded filing.

The letter-size format fits standard desk drawers and cabinet rails. Assorted colours help teams separate projects, clients or subjects at a glance. Buyers who need legal-size folders or reinforcement for very heavy paper volumes should look at something else. The poly tabs with white inserts are clear, not coloured.

11 pt. stock weight

The 11-point paper stock determines rigidity and how much paper each folder can hold without bowing. It is the single specification that tells you whether the folder will stay upright under your typical load. If your filing demands a stiffer or lighter material, this weight is the deciding factor.

Questions about this item

What type of filing cabinet or drawer do I need to hang these 1/5 tab folders?

They fit standard letter-size hanging rails, so any cabinet or drawer with letter-width rails will hold the 25 folders.

Can I mix these assorted-color folders with my existing solid-color hanging files?

Yes, the poly tabs are clear with white inserts, so they sit alongside any color system without visual clash.

How do I confirm the folders are standing straight after I load them?

The 11 pt stock keeps each folder rigid; when the tabs align evenly along the rail and papers stay vertical, they are working as intended.
