Letter-size hanging folders for high-volume filing

These green box-bottom folders hold letter-size documents and expand to two inches for bulky records, manuals, and catalogs. A reinforcement strip keeps contents upright and prevents bulging during daily use. Coated rod tips slide smoothly on standard file drawers. The box contains 25 folders made from 11 point stock with a high percentage of recycled material.

Reinforced construction

The box-bottom design adds structural rigidity so heavy loads stay square inside the drawer. Reinforcement strips on the front and back panels resist the outward pressure of thick files. Coated rod tips reduce friction when sliding folders along rails, helping maintain alignment over time. Inside panels are slotted to accept tab inserts, which are sold separately.

Two-inch expansion capacity for bulky document

Each folder expands to a full two inches, providing the depth needed for computer printouts, manuals, and telephone books. This capacity determines whether the product fits your volume requirements. Tabs and inserts are not included with the standard green items. Folders are manufactured using wood from a certified managed forest.

Questions about this item

What does the two-inch expansion on the 65090 folders actually allow you to store?

The 2" expansion gives enough room for bulky records, manuals, catalogs or telephone books while the reinforcement strip keeps contents upright and prevents bulging.

What drawer hardware do the 65090 folders need to slide properly?

Coated rod tips are built in so the folders slide easily on standard hanging-file drawer rails; no extra hardware is required.

How do you add labels to the 65090 folders since tabs are not included?

The inside front and back panels are slotted to accept separate tab inserts; you buy the tabs separately and slide them into those slots.
