Smead TUFF expansion wallet

The Smead 71165 is a single Manila Redrope wallet built for letter-size documents that need extra capacity. Its seven-inch expansion depth suits offices, schools or home filing systems that handle thick project files, archived records or bulky reports.

Thermals noise and power draw

As a passive paper product the wallet generates no heat, emits no sound and draws no power during everyday use. It simply holds its contents without any operating requirements or environmental impact.

Build fit and clearance

The wallet fits standard letter-size filing cabinets, drawers or shelving and requires no special hardware or mounting. Its heavy-duty construction frees up space by consolidating large document sets into one durable pocket.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the 7-inch expansion wallet for letter-size documents?

Insert letter-size papers into the wallet and expand the gusset up to seven inches to accommodate the volume.

What part of the wallet is most likely to wear out and need replacement?

The redrope gusset and reinforced edges handle repeated expansion; heavy daily use may eventually stress the fold lines.

At what fill level does the wallet become difficult to close or store?

When expanded near the full seven-inch capacity the wallet may not fit standard letter drawers or close flat.
