Smead 73780 File Folder TUFF Pocket Letter Red 10/Box

Office filing for high-volume users

The Smead 73780 TUFF Pocket is a letter-size expanding file folder sold in a box of 10 red units. It is designed for offices that manage thick case files or project binders and need each pocket to stay intact through daily handling. The straight tab layout keeps drawer rows uniform and simplifies label placement.

Reinforced Tyvek gussets and drop-front access

Fully-lined Tyvek gussets extend twice as far into the front and back panels as standard pockets, preventing bulging when the folder is packed to its 3 1/2 inch expansion limit. The drop-front panel lets users retrieve documents without removing the entire pocket from the drawer. Labels are sold separately.

Replaces standard pockets that split under load

This product upgrades from regular file pockets whose gussets tear or deform when overstuffed. The jump is worth it when case files routinely exceed normal capacity and the cost of misfiled or damaged documents outweighs the higher per-unit price. Buyers who only store thin, occasional folders will not see the benefit.
