End-tab letter pockets with 3.5 expansion

Smead 75124 end-tab file pockets are built for shelf filing of paper-intensive records. Each pocket expands 3.5 inches to hold bulky depositions, lengthy reports or proposals. The straight-cut tab includes embossed label positioning for quick identification. A box contains 25 manila pockets made from certified managed forest material.

Suits high-volume shelf filing, not portable use

These pockets serve offices, legal teams or government agencies that store large case files on open shelves. The drop-front panel speeds retrieval when folders sit side by side. Users who need binders, hanging folders or compact desktop organisers should choose a different format.

Expansion depth of 3.5 inches decides fit

The single measure that determines suitability is the 3.5-inch gusset expansion. If your typical file thickness stays within that limit the pocket will close flat and slide onto standard letter shelves. Thicker case files will require a deeper expansion pocket.
