Manila file jackets for office organisation

These manila file jackets are designed for everyday office filing and for transporting documents outside the workplace. Each jacket uses 11 point stock and a full-height side gusset that prevents contents from slipping out. The straight-cut, single-ply tab sits half an inch high for clear labelling. Rounded top corners on the back panel and a thumb-cut on the front make handling quick and comfortable.

Single-ply tab limits label space

The half-inch single-ply tab provides a narrow labelling area that suits short titles or codes. Longer descriptions will not fit legibly on the tab itself. The straight-cut profile does not offer the staggered positioning found on multi-ply or reinforced tabs. Users needing extensive on-tab detail or colour-coded indexing will find this format restrictive.

Fifty jackets per box with one-inch expansion

A box contains fifty jackets, each offering a one-inch expansion capacity for bulky files. This volume handles standard letter-size paperwork and moderate project bundles comfortably. Very thick binders or large archive batches will exceed the gusset limit and require alternative storage. The 11 point manila construction supports repeated daily use without tearing.
