Product and purpose

The Smead 77251 is a letter-size expansion wallet sold in a 50-count box for organising lecture notes, workbooks and papers by subject. Each wallet expands up to 2 inches and uses an elastic cord to keep the flap closed during transport.

Before ordering

Confirm that your filing system accepts letter-size folders measuring 11 3/4 by 9 1/2 inches and that a 2-inch gusset fits the available drawer or shelf space. The wallets are made from 11 point coloured stock with 10 percent recycled content, so verify the material suits your handling requirements.

Durability and handling

Heavy-duty Redrope construction with full-height gussets resists tearing during daily filing and retrieval. The elastic cord secures contents without mechanical fasteners that can snag, keeping operation quiet in office or classroom settings. Lightweight stock adds minimal bulk to storage drawers.
