Ten-Pocket Subject Folder

The Smead 89204 folder provides ten internal pockets for sorting documents by subject or project. Each folder measures 11 x 8 1/2 inches and is made from durable poly material. The pack contains two folders in assorted colours for quick visual identification.

Capacity and headroom

Ten pockets hold multiple handouts, notes or forms for separate topics within a single folder. The poly construction resists tearing during daily transport in a backpack or briefcase. Only two folders are included, so users needing more than twenty subject divisions will require additional packs.

Questions about this item

Will the 11 x 8 1/2 inch folders fit inside my existing letter-size binders and filing cabinets?

Yes, the 11 x 8 1/2 inch dimensions match standard letter-size filing systems, so they slide into typical binders and cabinet drawers without issue.

How can I verify the ten pockets are securely attached after I start using them?

Open each pocket fully and check that the welded seams hold without tearing; the poly material should flex smoothly and the gusset should expand to capacity without splitting.
