SMUGDESK 4x2 HDMI Matrix Switch 4K 60Hz IR Remote Coaxial 3.5mm Audio Extraction

4x2 HDMI Matrix Switch

This SMUGDESK matrix switch routes four HDMI sources to two independent displays, enabling flexible cross-distribution for home theatre, meeting rooms or commercial installations. It handles 4K at 60 Hz, Full HD 1080 and 3D video while decoding lossless surround formats including Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master and PCM 7.1.

Users needing independent audio breakout

Builders who require separated audio will appreciate the coaxial digital and 3.5 mm analog stereo extraction ports that feed external speakers or headsets without touching the HDMI signal. The IR remote adds convenient switching from a distance. Buyers who need more than four inputs or more than two simultaneous output zones should look at larger matrix configurations.

Four inputs to two outputs with audio extraction

The unit comfortably drives two 4K 60 Hz displays from any combination of four sources such as consoles, laptops, Blu-ray players or TV boxes. EDID management keeps resolution handshakes stable across different screens. It runs out of headroom when a third simultaneous display is required or when source count exceeds four.
