SMUGDESK

SMUGDESK 90 Degree Elbow PCIe 8Pin Graphics Card Power Extension Cord

SKU CH-PNRV-5DE3R

Right-angled PCIe 8-pin extension eases cable routing in tight cases and protects wires from sharp bends

  • 90-degree elbow saves space in compact cases
  • Standard PCIe 8-pin female-to-male extension matches GPU power ports
  • High-purity copper core delivers stable high-current power
  • Locking buckle prevents loose connections under heavy load
  • Flexible wear-resistant jacket supports tidy cable routing and vertical GPU mounts

90-degree PCIe 8-pin power extension

This 90-degree elbow cable extends a standard PCIe 8-pin connection from the power supply to the graphics card. The angled male connector plugs directly into the GPU while the female end accepts the existing PSU cable. It is designed for builders working in compact cases or routing cables around vertical GPU mounts where straight connectors would bend sharply.

Before ordering check connector orientation

Verify that your graphics card power port faces a direction where a 90-degree turn points the cable toward your routing path rather than toward the side panel or motherboard. Confirm the power supply cable reaches the female end with enough slack to avoid tension on the PSU connector. The cable carries only power and does not transmit data or video signals.

Locking buckles and flexible jacket

Each end features a locking buckle that clicks into the corresponding socket to resist vibration and heavy GPU load. High-purity copper conductors handle the current demanded by gaming cards without overheating. A wear-resistant outer jacket protects the wires during repeated bending and long-term operation inside the chassis.

Questions about this item

Does the cable include any extra adapters or splitters, or is it a single 8-pin male-to-female extension?

It is a single 90-degree elbow extension with an 8-pin female connector on one end and an 8-pin male connector on the other; no additional adapters or splitters are included.

How do I decide between a straight cable and this 90-degree elbow version?

Choose the 90-degree elbow when space behind the graphics card is tight, such as in compact cases or vertical GPU mounts, because the angled connector prevents sharp bends and reduces strain on the port.

Will the 90-degree elbow handle the power draw of a high-end graphics card without overheating?

The high-purity copper core and locking buckle are designed for stable high-current transmission, supporting the heavy loads of gaming GPUs while maintaining a secure connection.
