SKU CH-FP4M-60HX2

IP67-rated CAT5E panel-mount extension cable delivers gigabit 10/100/1000Mbps network links for outdoor and industrial equipment

  • IP67 rating protects connections from water and dust ingress
  • CAT5E standard delivers stable gigabit 10/100/1000Mbps network speeds
  • Panelmount design secures cable to cabinets and outdoor enclosures
  • Sealed rubber gasket blocks moisture and debris at the connection point
  • Heavy‑duty jacket withstands harsh outdoor and industrial environments

Outdoor IP67 Ethernet Extension

This CAT5E panelmount cable extends a network connection through a cabinet or enclosure wall while keeping the joint sealed against water and dust. It is built for installers who need a reliable outdoor link for cameras, industrial controllers or other fixed equipment.

Panelmount Installation Notes

The connector mounts through a panel hole and secures with a locking nut and rubber gasket to achieve the IP67 seal. The rating only holds when the nut is fully tightened; a loose fit lets moisture in and causes signal loss.

Pre-Order Checklist

Verify that your enclosure wall thickness and hole diameter match the panelmount thread so the gasket seats evenly. Confirm the run stays within CAT5E gigabit limits of 10/100/1000Mbps and that both ends use standard RJ45 sockets.
