Converts a Compact Flash card into a 50-pin 1.8" IDE drive with Master/Slave jumper and gold-plated contacts for silent, bootable upgrades
This adapter converts a standard Compact Flash memory card into a 50Pin 1.8 inch IDE hard drive replacement. It targets owners of legacy notebooks, industrial control systems or POS terminals that rely on the 50Pin 1.8" IDE interface. The board includes a Master/Slave jumper for flexible system recognition. No driver installation is required and boot support is provided.
It suits technicians upgrading older equipment where a mechanical 1.8 inch IDE drive has failed or become unreliable. The solid-state CF solution eliminates moving parts, vibration and noise. Buyers who need to connect SD, TF or other card formats should look elsewhere as the adapter only accepts standard CF cards. Systems lacking a 50Pin 1.8" IDE connector cannot use this product.
The single deciding specification is the 50Pin 1.8 inch IDE connector on the host device. Verify that your equipment presents exactly this interface before purchase. The CF card itself is not included and must be sourced separately.

The adapter connects a standard Compact Flash card to a 50-pin 1.8-inch IDE port, letting the system treat the card as a bootable IDE drive with Master or Slave jumper selection.
It plugs directly into a 50-pin 1.8-inch IDE socket and accepts a standard Compact Flash card; the board itself is a compact PCB with gold-plated pins.
Insert the CF card, set the Master/Slave jumper to match the system requirement, then plug the adapter into the 50-pin IDE slot — no drivers needed.
