Long 66-foot fiber-optic DisplayPort cable with slim gold-plated connectors and black TPE jacket

SMUGDESK

SMUGDESK DisplayPort Cable 1.4 Fiber Optic 66Feet 8K@60Hz 4K@144Hz 32.4Gbps

SKU CH-E5HT-WHRG3

Fiber-optic DisplayPort 1.4 cable runs 66 feet while delivering 8K at 60 Hz or 4K at 144 Hz at 32.4 Gbps without signal boosters

Cable Length 66 ft.

  • 8K resolution at 60 Hz supported by DP 1.4
  • 4K gaming at 144 Hz enabled by 32.4 Gbps bandwidth
  • Fibre optic construction resists electromagnetic interference over 66 feet
  • Gold-plated connectors and TPE jacket provide durable connections
  • Compatible with RTX 3080, RTX 3090, Xbox Series X and PS5

66-foot fiber DisplayPort 1.4 cable

This 66-foot fiber-optic DisplayPort 1.4 cable connects a graphics card or console to a high-resolution display. It is built for installers and enthusiasts who need an in-wall run that exceeds the reach of standard copper cables. The fiber construction removes the need for an external signal booster over this distance.

Gold-plated connectors and TPE jacket

The 24K gold-plated connectors resist corrosion while the wear-resisting TPE jacket protects the fiber core during installation. The cable carries dynamic HDR 10, 3D content, VR headset signals, HDCP 2.2, 32 audio channels and a 1536 KHz sample rate without added hardware. These features travel the full length without signal degradation.

32.4 Gbps bandwidth at 8K 60 Hz

The single specification that decides fit is the 32.4 Gbps link rate, which delivers 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at 144 Hz. Buyers who need higher refresh rates at 8K or who require a copper cable for shorter runs should look elsewhere. The cable is backward compatible with DisplayPort 1.2 displays.

Questions about this item

Will the 24K gold-plated connectors on this 66-foot fiber optic cable need replacement over time?

The 24K gold-plated connectors resist corrosion and are built for durable, long-term use without a specified replacement interval.

What bandwidth ceiling limits sustained 8K@60Hz transmission on this DP 1.4 fiber cable?

The cable is rated for up to 32.4Gbps, which is the maximum bandwidth available under the DisplayPort 1.4 specification.

Does the fiber optic design keep the cable cool and silent during all-day 4K@144Hz gaming sessions?

Fiber optic transmission generates no heat or electrical noise along the 66-foot run, so the cable stays silent and cool during continuous use.
