Expanding File Folder with Five Pockets

The Sooez SZA0103-0302A is an A4-size accordion organiser made from reinforced polypropylene. It holds up to 250 sheets across five expanding pockets secured by a snap closure. The lightweight design measures 33 L x 29.7 W x 0.21 H meters and includes tabs with labels for quick sorting. It suits office, college or school use where portable document storage is needed.

Who This Suits and Who Should Look Elsewhere

Buyers needing a compact, lightweight folder for active transport of A4 or letter papers will benefit from the expandable spine and tear-resistant material. It is not for users who require a rigid binder, a folder with more than five compartments, or a unit designed for foolscap or legal-size documents.

The Specification That Decides Fit

The critical measure is the 250-sheet total capacity across five pockets. If your daily paperwork exceeds that volume or demands more than five categories, this organiser will not suffice; if it matches your load, the snap closure and labelled tabs keep contents secure and sorted.

Questions about this item

What are the exact A4 dimensions of the Sooez SZA0103-0302A expanding file folder?

The folder measures 33 cm long by 29.7 cm wide and 0.21 cm thick, matching standard A4 paper size for a precise fit.

How do I set up the five pockets and labels correctly?

Open the snap closure, pull the expandable spine outward to form the five pockets, then insert the supplied tabs into the labelled slots on each pocket divider.

When will the polypropylene material or snap closure need replacement?

Reinforced PP resists tearing and cracking under normal use; replace the folder only if the snap fails to latch or the spine no longer expands to hold 250 sheets.
