Questions about this item

How do I set up the 13 pocket expanding file folder and what step is often missed?

Remove the blank labels first, write your categories on them, then stick each label onto its pocket before loading any papers.

What part of the Sooez SZA0116-0001A will need replacement first with regular use?

The elastic closure band loses stretch over time; keep a spare elastic cord handy so you can swap it without buying a new organizer.

Which limit appears first when the 13 pocket folder is used heavily every day?

The 2000 sheet total capacity is reached before the 12 inch expansion limit, so you run out of paper space while the accordion still has room to grow.
