13-Pocket A4 Expanding Folder

This black polypropylene accordion folder holds A4 and letter sheets in 13 top-tabbed pockets. It is designed for students, office workers and home users who need a lightweight way to sort invoices, receipts, contracts and school papers by subject or month.

Polypropylene Snap Closure Limits

The reinforced PP material resists tearing and deformation while the snap fastener keeps contents secure during transport. Capacity maxes out at 400 sheets; beyond that the spine cannot expand further and the closure may not engage, so bulkier archives need a different solution.

400-Sheet Headroom and Portability

At 13 by 9.5 by 0.73 inches the folder fits a standard backpack and carries a full semester of handouts or a month of bills without bulging. Once the 400-sheet limit is reached there is no additional room, and the single-unit pack means high-volume users must buy multiples.

Questions about this item

How do I decide between the 13-pocket version and a smaller pocket count?

The 13-pocket model gives you one compartment for each month plus an extra slot, while fewer pockets mean broader categories and less separation.

What does the 400-sheet capacity mean when the folder is full?

The expandable spine stretches to hold up to 400 A4 sheets without deforming, so the folder stays flat enough to fit in a backpack.

How does the snap closure affect daily use?

The snap keeps documents from slipping out during transport and opens with one hand for quick access at meetings or in class.
