12-Pack Coloured Envelope Folders

This set contains twelve plastic envelope folders in six assorted colours, with two of each shade. They are sized for A4 and US letter documents and each folder holds at least two hundred sheets of paper.

Hook-and-loop closure upgrade

The hook-and-loop fastener replaces simple flaps or elastic bands, giving a secure seal that resists repeated opening. It is worth choosing when documents must stay contained during transport or frequent handling.

Waterproof PP material and capacity

The polypropylene construction is waterproof and tear-resistant, protecting contents from spills and moisture. Each envelope accommodates bulky files or small accessories, but the single-compartment design offers no internal dividers for finer sorting.

Questions about this item

What are the exact envelope dimensions for shelf or drawer clearance?

Each envelope measures 13.25 by 9.25 inches, fitting A4 or US Letter pages with room to spare.

How do I secure the hook-and-loop closure so papers don't slip out?

Press the two fastener strips together firmly along the full top edge; the envelope is sealed on both sides so nothing falls out the ends.

When will the polypropylene material or fastener need replacing?

The waterproof PP plastic resists tearing and the hook-and-loop stays strong through repeated opening and closing; replace only if the closure stops gripping or the folder cracks.
