Three-pack walkie-talkies for children

This set includes three Soopotay T-388 radios so siblings or friends can all talk at once without sharing a single unit. Each radio operates on 22 channels and is water resistant for outdoor play. The built-in 2000 mAh lithium-ion battery gives up to 72 hours of playtime and seven days on standby. Recommended for ages four to twelve.

USB-C cable and built-in features

A USB-Type C cable is supplied for recharging all three units from any standard USB power source. Voice-operated transmission (VOX) enables hands-free use while biking, hiking or climbing. Automatic squelch and noise reduction keep audio clear, and a keypad lock prevents accidental channel changes during active games. A belt clip keeps each radio secure on a waistband or pack strap.

Check channel rules and range expectations

The quoted three-mile reach applies only in open, unobstructed terrain; buildings, trees and hills will reduce it significantly. Verify that the 22-channel layout matches any local regulations or group agreements before purchasing. The auto shut-off activates after 1.5 hours of inactivity, so plan for a quick button press if continuous monitoring is needed.

Questions about this item

Will the 2000 mAh battery pack need replacing, and how is it recharged?

The built-in 2000 mAh Li-ion cell recharges through the supplied USB-C cable; no user-replaceable battery is fitted.

What range limit appears first during continuous use across open ground?

Communication reaches up to 3 miles in open areas; obstructions and interference will reduce the effective distance well before the 22-channel selection becomes a constraint.

How warm or noisy does the set get when left on all day at 4.8 V?

The units run silently with no fan; the auto shut-off after 1.5 hours of inactivity limits heat build-up during extended operation.
