72 Pre-Sharpened Colored Pencils

Soucolor model 774 provides 72 pre-sharpened colored pencils in a multi-color assortment. The set measures 0.635 L x 18.923 W x 28.448 H centimeters and weighs 0.431 kilograms. Each pencil features a soft, break-resistant core housed in premium wood for smooth color laydown.

Suited for adult coloring books

Artists who want vibrant, lightfast pigments with easy blending and layering will appreciate the numbered, named cores and ergonomic design. Buyers needing water-soluble leads or a different core diameter should look at other options. The non-toxic, EN71-3 certified materials support extended creative sessions.

72-count set with soft break-resistant cores

The single specification that decides fit is the 72-piece count combined with soft, break-resistant cores designed for blending and shading. If a project requires fewer pencils or a harder core for technical line work, this set will not match those requirements.

Questions about this item

What paper surface works best with the 72 pre-sharpened Soucolor 774 pencils?

The soft, break-resistant cores lay down rich pigment on standard drawing paper, adult colouring books and sketch pads without waxy buildup, allowing smooth blending and layering.

Can the 72 Soucolor 774 pencils be mixed with older wax-based sets I already own?

Yes, the silky-smooth leads blend cleanly alongside traditional wax pencils so you can combine shades from both collections in the same artwork.

How do I verify the lightfast performance of the 72 Soucolor 774 pencils after I start using them?

Create a swatch chart of all 72 numbered colours, expose half to daylight and compare fading over weeks; the supplier rates the pigments as lightfast for lasting vibrancy.
