Legal-size fastener folders for high-volume filing

These folders hold legal-size documents securely with two fasteners positioned at locations 1 and 3. The fasteners let you subdivide papers inside a single folder without loose sheets falling out. A two-ply tab construction resists wear from daily handling in busy offices. The 1/3-cut tab format fits standard filing systems for quick retrieval.

Supplied in 50-count boxes for bulk storage

Each box contains 50 folders, model SP17231, ready for immediate deployment. The quantity supports large projects or ongoing departmental needs without frequent reordering. No additional hardware or assembly is required to begin organising files. The pack size keeps supply cabinets stocked for extended periods.

Two-ply tabs and dual fasteners reduce replacement

Reinforced tabs stay intact through repeated pulling and refiling, lowering the rate of folder failure. Dual fasteners keep subdivided sections stable when folders are transported between desks or storage areas. These features combine to extend the useful life of each folder in demanding environments.

Questions about this item

How do I install the two fasteners in positions 1 and 3 correctly?

Align each fastener base with the pre-punched holes at positions 1 and 3, insert the prongs through the folder material, then fold them flat against the back to secure legal-size papers.

Will the two-ply tab or fasteners need replacement after heavy use?

The two-ply tab is built to withstand frequent handling, and the metal fasteners are durable; neither is designed as a replaceable component under normal office conditions.

At what point does the 1/3-cut tab become the limiting factor in a packed drawer?

When the drawer is full, the 1/3-cut tab can catch on adjacent folders, making it the first point of friction during repeated retrieval.
