Made for 10.2-inch iPad 7th 8th 9th Generation

This protective case fits the 10.2-inch iPad models released in 2019, 2020 and 2021, covering model numbers A2197, A2198, A2200, A2270, A2428, A2429, A2430, A2602, A2603, A2604 and A2605. It is built for owners of those specific tablets who want a slim cover that wakes and sleeps the screen automatically. Buyers with other iPad sizes or generations cannot use this case.

Two stand angles for viewing and typing

The magnetic front cover folds back to form a stable stand with two fixed angles, one suited to watching video and the other to typing. The hinge relies on magnetic alignment, so it holds the chosen angle without a mechanical latch. Users who need continuous angle adjustment or a portrait orientation stand will not find that flexibility here.

Three-layer construction with translucent hard back

A PU leather exterior, soft microfiber lining and a translucent polycarbonate rear shell combine to shield the tablet from fingerprints, scratches, shocks and dust while adding minimal bulk. The frosted back lets the device colour show through and keeps all ports, buttons and cameras accessible. Shoppers wanting a built-in Apple Pencil holder or a fully ruggedised shell should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will this case fit the 10.2-inch iPad 7th generation from 2019 with model numbers A2197, A2198 or A2200?

Yes, the case is designed exclusively for the 10.2-inch iPad 7th generation 2019 models A2197, A2198 and A2200, plus the 8th generation 2020 and 9th generation 2021 models.

How can I confirm the auto wake/sleep function is working after I put the iPad in the case?

Open the cover — the iPad should wake instantly; close the cover — the iPad should go to sleep immediately.

Does the package include a screen protector or Apple Pencil holder, or do I need to buy those separately?

The box contains only the MoKo case (PU leather exterior, microfiber lining, translucent PC back). No screen protector or Pencil holder is included.
