Speck iPad 10.2 Case Overview

This Speck case fits iPad 9th, 8th and 7th generation 10.2 inch models released from 2019 through 2021. It combines a shockproof shell with a built-in screen protector, pencil holder and 360 degree rotating hand strap. The hybrid TPU and silicone construction covers every port and button while adding a kickstand for hands-free viewing.

Upgrade From Basic Sleeves

A simple sleeve or folio lacks the integrated screen protector, rotating strap and multi-angle stand this case provides. The jump is worth it when you need drop protection, a secure grip for mobile use and a stand that adjusts without removing the tablet. Built-in port covers also keep dust out during daily carry.

Suits Mobile Workers And Families

Ideal for users who carry their iPad between rooms, job sites or classrooms and want one-piece protection with a built-in stand and pencil slot. Buyers who need a keyboard attachment, a magnetic mount or a slimmer profile should look at something else. The pencil itself is not included.

Questions about this item

Will this case fit my iPad model A2603?

Yes, the case is designed for iPad 9th, 8th and 7th generation 10.2 inch models including A2602, A2603, A2604, A2605, A2197, A2198, A2200, A2270, A2428, A2429 and A2430.

How do I attach the shoulder strap, and what step do people miss?

Thread the strap through the built-in loops on the case sides and snap the clips shut; the step often missed is securing both clips fully so the strap cannot detach during use.

Does the built-in screen protector need replacing, and how often?

The integrated protector is part of the case and not designed to be swapped; if it becomes scratched or cracked the whole case would need replacement.
