Speck S3E-2 Tablet Stand

The Speck S3E-2 is an aluminum alloy cradle designed to hold tablets and phones from 4.7 to 15.6 inches. It suits students, professionals and anyone needing a stable, hands-free screen at desk height. The weighted round base and silicone pads keep the device steady during taps and swipes.

Simple desktop setup with height limits

Place the stand on a flat surface, set the column between 11.4 and 18.1 inches, then rotate 360 degrees or tilt up to 76 degrees for the viewing angle. No tools are required. The stand is for desktop use only and will not work as a floor stand or on uneven surfaces.

Check device size and desk space

Verify your device screen falls within the 4.7 to 15.6 inch range before ordering. Ensure the desk area can accommodate the 10 x 5 x 5 cm footprint and the 0.95 kg base weight. The cradle fits iPad Pro 12.9, iPad Air 2, iPhone, Samsung Galaxy Tab, Kindle, Surface Pro, Switch and portable monitors.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the stand holds my 12.9" iPad Pro at the full 18.1" height without wobbling?

Extend the column to 18.1", place the iPad Pro 12.9" in the cradle, tap the screen firmly — the weighted round base and anti-slip silicone pads keep it rock-solid.

What comes in the box and do I need any extra parts for my 9.7" iPad or Kindle Paperwhite 2024?

The box contains the aluminum stand with weighted base and cradle; no extra parts are required for any device from 4.7" to 15.6", including iPad 9.7" and Kindle Paperwhite 2024.

Should I choose the 10 x 5 x 5 cm, 0.95 kg black model or a different colour for a 15.6" portable monitor?

All colour variants share the same 10 x 5 x 5 cm footprint and 0.95 kg weight; pick black or any offered colour — each supports the full 4.7"–15.6" range including a 15.6" portable monitor.
