The SQUARE D HOM24L70S is a single-phase load center with two circuit-breaker spaces and a 70 A main-lug rating. It operates at 120/240 V AC and uses the HOM breaker series with tin-plated aluminium bus bars. The NEMA 1 enclosure measures 9.3 in high, 4.8 in wide and 3 1/4 in deep with a screw-on surface cover.

HOM Breaker Compatibility

The panel accepts up to two tandem HOM breakers, effectively doubling the circuit count within the two physical spaces. A short-circuit current rating of 10 kA provides standard fault protection for residential and light-commercial services. No main breaker is included, so overcurrent protection must be supplied upstream.

70 A Service Limitation

The 70 A main-lug capacity suits small sub-panel applications such as a detached garage, workshop or accessory dwelling unit.
