Three-pole 60 A breaker for 120/240 V AC panels, bolt-on mounting for QO load centres, 10 kA interrupting rating
The Square D QOB360 is a bolt-on miniature circuit breaker rated at 60 amps for 120/240 volt AC three-phase panels. It fits Square D QO and NQOD load centres and provides standard branch-circuit protection for commercial and light-industrial installations.
The single specification that decides fit is the 10 kA AIR rating at the rated voltage. A panel’s available fault current must not exceed this value, otherwise the breaker cannot safely clear a short circuit and a higher-rated device is required.
Under continuous load the thermal element responds to prolonged overcurrent by bending a bimetal strip, while the magnetic coil acts instantly on high-magnitude faults. The paddle actuator gives a clear visual indication when the breaker has tripped.

The breaker carries up to 60 A continuously and trips on sustained overloads or short circuits, with a 10kA interrupting rating at 120/240V AC.
Each pole is rated for 120/240V AC and 48V DC, so the device can be used on single-phase 120/240V systems and on 48V DC circuits within its interrupting capacity.
The unit measures 3.12 in long, 2.25 in wide and 2.91 in deep, and bolts directly onto the bus bars of a Square D QO or NQOD panelboard using the integral lug terminals.
